To order a product on MIKO MIKO, you have to create an account on our webshop.
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.
Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and MIKO MIKO will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched.
In the case your product is no more available, the customer service will be in charge to find a solution.

Packages typically arrive within 3-10 business days from the date we receive the order.
Items are shipped directly from France by Colissimo.
If a package is returned to France because the buyer did not claim the package, we will ask to you to repay the shipping cost.
MIKO MIKO is not responsible for any actions taken by customs on your package during delivery. MIKO MIKO has no control over this.
The buyer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to your package. Customs of the receiving country determines these charges, and we have no way of knowing what these charges may be.

We do not accept exchanges or returns during the sale.
MIKO MIKO gladly accepts returns of “sent wrong merchandise” or “defective merchandise” for full refund (return shipping costs included) or exchange within fourteen (14) days of purchase.
You may send the item back to us at the address below using any traceable method. Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange or refund as you instruct.
Return shipping costs will not be refunded for an exchange but the cost of the shipping for the new item will be.
